Paal payasam - everyone's favourite is done in a much simpler way using a pressure cooker. Ingredients: Milk - 1 litre Sugar - half cup Rice - table spoon Cashew - for garnishing Ghee - teaspoon for frying Method : Take 1 ltr boiled and cooled milk with 1 table spoon of rice fried in ghee in a tight steel box. Keep it in a pressure cooker and simmer the gasstove after 1 whistle. Keep the stove in simmer for 45 minutes and switch off the stove. Then, transfer the content to a container and add the sugar. Keep the stove in simmer till the sugar dissolves. Switch off the stove and garnish with fried cashews Your payasam is ready to serve. Please do subscribe the channel, like and comment your feedback.
